Day 28: Cold Water Therapy

Winding down on this experiment, I can definitely say this is something that makes a big difference in getting my butt going in the morning.

Taking the uncomfortably hot showers before bed have been making a noticeable difference with my sleep. I seem to sleep really deeply and wake up early – which should make me motivated to get out of bed – but it doesn’t.

Which has me thinking about overall goals – I really don’t care about losing weight. I want to improve my physical fitness and my body composition (lower fat/higher muscle volumes), as well I need to get my finances back on track. I really should figure out what I want this site to be – other than a personal dumping ground for random thoughts.

How can I actually make a difference in the world?
