Day 22: Cold Water Therapy

Got up and going and took a shower pretty quick after getting up and getting hydrated. It still takes some discipline to turn the water to cold and stand there. But the outcome of the shower is definitely worth it – I’m awake and feeling better.

The hot water shower before bed is helping – I definitely sleep better.

Now if I could just find a training partner to work on Seifuku Jutsu with, my body would be feeling a ton better and more mobile.
