Day 2: Cold Water Therapy

I peeled myself out of bed after some internal arguing and I got into the shower. I flipped the shower on before I could think about it and brrrr. Soooo cold.

But again like yesterday it got less cold after a minute or two – I don’t know if that’s just from water sitting outside overnight or if it’s my body getting accustomed to it. But the process woke me up and I have noticed the last couple of days that it seems easier to pull myself out the rut I’ve been feeling last couple weeks.

Yeah the rut is most likely from overstimulation trying to get dopamine hits. So yeah getting some dopamine from something really uncomfortable was nice.

We’ll see what happens tomorrow.
