It is a fight to get myself to do things I know I should be getting done. I need to put myself into whatever I’m doing fully.
I got through my daily list, but I don’t like the end result – it was half-assed today as was my whole day.
How to hold myself accountable for my whole day without the need for a full checklist?
Well, maybe a checklist of sorts – something to check in with myself every 30 minutes – was I on task or not? I like that idea.
I’ve let myself get away with half-assing shit for so long – I’ve probably conditioned myself into it. So I need to check in with myself continually.
Sounds like another use for my kitchen timer – give it Pomodoro duty.
