Day 20: No Alcohol

I slept pretty good last night, although I jammed my finger pretty good while I was training with my teacher yesterday. I’ll get some ice on it after I get done writing this.

I came across some recommendations for carb consumption and training earlier. I’ll give it a shot tomorrow – eat some carbs about an hour before working out and then some immediately after. Simple enough – trying to get a 200-300 grams of carbs between the two and then spread out another 100 grams over the rest of the day. I’ll need to do some nutrition research and figure out some things I can eat to fill those requirements. 400g is still ~1500 Calories. But I should be able to figure something out.
